Samaritan™ Major Wounds & Trauma Control

Samaritan is engineered for life-threatening wounds such as arterial bleeds, battlefield trauma, and massive hemorrhage. When injected and applied with pressure, it flows into every microscopic crevice of the wound site, rapidly forming a hemostatic seal within 30 seconds. This stops bleeding fast, even in high-pressure vascular injuries, without heat or chemical burn.

Unlike traditional gauze or clotting agents, Samaritan does not stick to the cellular wall, allowing for clean, non-destructive removal. This reduces the risk of re-bleeding or further tissue damage during surgical intervention. The polymer also functions as a gentle debriding agent, helping clear away dead tissue while protecting healthy structures.

Samaritan can be infused with barium or contrast agents, allowing trauma teams to visualize the full depth, shape, and spread of the wound under X-ray, ultrasound, or CT scan. This gives surgeons a real-time internal map of the injury, enabling faster, more informed treatment decisions before the first incision is made.
